Thats one thing I like about team work, if a meeting has been scheduled to discuss things with the project manager and problems inevitably arise - the person who unfortunately had to go and visit his mother at the hospital or had an appointment which he organised two weeks in advance which he had to attend, will ALWAYS be blamed for all problems that occur in the meeting - good luck to him if he ever attends another meeting.
Its just natural to blame others - human nature.
A bit of this a bit of that, maybe some of that too and what the hell, why not throw them in aswel. Now just hit the button!
